• Who qualifies for the one complimentary room at the Broadmoor the evening of February 25th?  The Team Lead, the Partnership (as an entity) and the Individual that received the invitation. Each qualifier for the one complimentary room night must use the online reservation process which you will enter following this page.      
   

•  If you would like to make additional room reservations (for team members or fellow partners) and would like to take advantage of our incredible group rate of $216.53 which includes tax and resort fee (regularly at least $425pn) for the evening of February 25th you will be required to go through the online reservation steps for each individual room and/or each additional room night.  As a result, the Broadmoor will collect payment at that time as a part of the online reservation site or at the time of checkout.
   

• The online registration and reservation site will require you to enter the name(s) of each guest that is staying in each room(s).
   

• All incidentals to the room and parking will be charged to the credit card number on file with the hotel at checkout.
   

• The Broadmoor has a seven day cancellation policy which goes into effect seven days prior to your actual check-in date. Any cancelations before or within their policy are to be handled directly with the Broadmoor hotel staff.  Please contact the Broadmoor directly at 855.634.7711.
