then matches you with a professional real estate agent who specializes in your region
of choice and price range.
Throughout the entire home finding process, both the Consultant and real estate agent
serve as information resources and advisors to you.
The Consultant will:

Recommend approved real estate listing agents most qualified in your area to
implement the marketing plan. -
Work with you to develop an aggressive marketing plan.

Review the strategic marketing plan with you.

Offer on-going guidance to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Monitor your progress and satisfaction throughout the marketing period.
The Real Estate Agent will:

Evaluate the property condition.

Complete a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA).

Develop a strategic marketing plan and recommend pricing.

Provide on-going reports to you and your Consultant.

Continually evaluate market conditions and pricing.

Assist you with review and negotiation of all offers to purchase.

Provide follow-up and coordination through to the closing of the home.
